【Test Cards】How to Conduct School-wide or Grade-wide Tests and Questionnaires

Test Cards can be used to adminster tests and questionnaires to entire schools and grade levels.

When to Use It

When you want to go beyond classes and administer the test / survey to the entire school or grade level and want all the results to be combined.

Once a Questionnaire Card is created, a school-wide survey can be easily conducted by using the Materials box.

Procedure

STEP 1　Create the original Test / Questionnaire Card

　Note：Please make sure to set the Results to "Available to you and teachers only"　

Teacher Users will be able to see the Results on the Results Tab (They can see it without answering the Card.)

We recommend not only the teacher who created the card but other teachers to review the results.

If you would like students to also be allowed to view the results, set "available to all".

STEP 2　Save the Test / Questionnaire Card in the Materials box under the School-Wide > Teacher's Only Folder

STEP 3　The teacher administering the questionnaire in each class takes the original cards out of the Material Box and distributes them to the students by "sending" them directly to the students], and have them answer the questionnaire.

By having the students respond to the original cards taken out of the Material Box, the total results of all responses across classes will be combined into one.

Student-created Test / Questionnaire Cards can also be adminstered to the entire school or grade level. For example: A survey created by the student council.
