【Test Cards】How to Close Responses

If you check "Close the answers" on a Test Card, it will disallow any further answers on changes to the card.

After Closing

The Card creator will no longer be able to edit the questions and respondents will no longer be able to answer the questions.

※ Please make sure respondents SUBMIT their answers before exiting the Card. Answers are not submitted just by clicking on a choice!

Examples of when to close a Card

Adminstering a 5 minute Pop Quiz to a Class

１：Distribute the Test Card with Autoscore Score turned off by using "Answer Together" or the "Send " button. Students begin to answer the test.

２：After students have finished answering, make sure they click on the "Send Answers" button.

３：When time is up, check "Close the answers" and which will force students to stop answering and submit their answers.

４：Turn Auto Score and have it autmatically tally the scores. If you are going to administer the same test to other classes, please wait until all classes have finished before automatically grading.

５：Distribute the cards again to the students or have them open the sent cards themselves to check the results.

６：The Results can be downloaded in CSV and used for evaluation.
