This article introduces ways to use LoiLoNote School’s Shared Note for individual support of students with long-term absences.
Smooth Communication Between Teachers and Students Using Shared Notes
Teachers can smoothly share learning materials and communicate with students who are absent from school and their subject teachers.
Implementation Details
Place materials for each subject and communication messages in Cards within the Shared Note.
Materials for Each Subject
By moving materials within each subject Card, teachers and students can manage the distribution of materials, student work, and teacher's marks and comments.
1. Teachers place messages for students in the left section of each subject Card.
2. Students move completed materials from the materials provided in Step 1 to the middle section.
3. Students move materials placed in Step 2 to the right section after the teacher's marks and scoring are completed.
Preparation
Subject Settings
Create a dedicated Class and Subject that only includes the homeroom teacher (subject teacher) and the target student.
Shared Note Settings
Create a dedicated Shared Note that only includes the homeroom teacher (subject teacher) and the target student.
Shared Note Card Settings
Create Cards for each subject as shown below (left image), and place them in the Note (right image).
Communication from the Class and School
By creating a contact log Card, communication between the class/school and students, as well as communication from students to teachers, can also be managed using Cards.
