【Materials】Characters that cannot be used in Material Box folder/file names

Certain characters cannot be used in folder or file names within the Material Box.

Prohibited Symbols

If the following symbols are included in the name, they will be automatically changed to "_" (underscore) when saved:

: ; / \ : ? * < > " |

"Tab" and "Paragraph Mark" characters are also not allowed.

An error will be displayed in the following cases.

Please change to a different name and save:

If the name consists only of a "." (dot).

If a file with a prohibited symbol in its name is directly "Uploaded" to the Material Box.
