【Attendance Card】Individual/Bulk Editing of the Attendance Register
Editing Attendance Records for Teachers and School Nurses
Teachers, including those not in charge of a particular class, and school nurses can edit any class's attendance records.
Editing can be done individually or in bulk via the "Attendance data" tab.
You can review edited teachers from the "History" tab.
Editing Individual Student Responses
Edit areas such as marked with '!' or where no response has been received (blank spaces).
【Step 1】 Tap the data you wish to change.
【Step 2】 Press Edit and modify the information.
【Step 3】 Press Save to update the information.

Note: Record edit history in the 'Details' Section
Recording the original content in the details section before saving makes it easy to view edit history.
For example, change 'Present' to 'Depart Early'.

Bulk Editing for Entire Class or Multiple Days
You can edit attendance information in bulk in two ways:
A. Edit the entire class
B. Select multiple students or days and edit 'Attendance Information'
A. Editing the Entire Class
Useful for school-wide events or when you want to edit the entire class's information at once.
【Step 1】 Tap the date you want to change.
【Step 2】 Edit the Status, Reasons, and Details for students not set as 'Present'.
【Step 3】 Press Mark All Unsubmitted as Present to change the status of students who haven't responded.
【Step 4】 Press Save to update the attendance information.

B. Bulk Editing Multiple Students or Days
This allows you to edit attendance information for multiple cells at once.
Ideal for setting the same attendance status over multiple days.
【Step 1】 Press Batch Editing.
【Step 2】 Select the areas to edit, and choose the attendance status.
【Step 3】 Press Save to update the attendance information.
