What you can do with an Attendance Card
1. Communication of Attendance
Easily notify attendance or absence online.
2. Health Observation Communication & Records
Send health data like temperature checks online.
Using the Attendance Card
Use the card sent by the teacher to communicate daily attendance.
1. Teacher: Creates and sends an attendance card to the class (only for the first time).
2. Student: Fills out the attendance card with details like presence/absence, reasons, and temperature.
3. Teacher: Edits the information on the student’s attendance card.
First-time Usage
Student registration on the attendance card is required (only for the first time).
Done by students/parents on the first card received from the teacher.
Student Registration
Press Answer on the right side of the screen.
Check the name and press Register

【For Parents/Students】Daily Interaction with the Attendance Card
Parents or students input the necessary details on the card, and send it to the school.
1. Login to LoiLo Note School
Parents can login and send the attendance card if the student is unable to do it.
The teacher sends a card like the following.

2. Fill in the Attendance Card
Press 'Answer' on the card.
Fill in the required fields, and press Send
Confirm the fields and press Send.
Note: If sent incorrectly, resend to update the information.

3. Check the History of the Attendance Card
View the sending/editing history of the card from the 'History' screen.
A person icon appears on the left when the teacher makes a change.

FAQ
Q: I can't open the "Attendance Reports" screen.
A: Check the 'History' screen.
If you see "Answer not accepted", it means the teacher has temporarily disabled student responses.
Ask the teacher to check the settings.
