【Admin Console】Empty the Trash in Students’ Personal Folders
You can empty the Trash in students’ personal folders from the Admin Console.
Even if you don’t manually empty it, any data in the Materials Trash will be automatically deleted and unrecoverable 90 days after being moved there.
① Log in to the Admin Console using a school admin account, and select “Students.”
* You cannot empty the Trash in teachers’ personal folders from the Admin Console.

② Click the “▼” to the right of the target student account and select “Empty the folder's Trash.”

③ Enter the required confirmation text, then click “Empty Trash.”

④ After confirming the deletion is okay, click “Empty Trash.”
* This action cannot be undone. Once the Trash is emptied, the data cannot be recovered.
