Teachers are to account for all School Board equipment inventoried to their classroom or work area. Any movement of BPI numbered equipment from one classroom to another is to be done only with the transaction in writing and submitted to the media specialist.
Three audits of BPI equipment occur each year: at the beginning of the school year, in December, and in June. Other audits may occur as needed.
No student is allowed in the Faculty/Staff lounges.
Each staff member has a mailbox in the Teacher’s Lounge should be checked each morning and afternoon. Students are not allowed access to the mailboxes at any time due to the confidentiality of some materials.
