How to share bandwidth of Plasma Fast Finality

Intoruduction

This is the way to share bandwidth of Plasma Plasma Fast Finality (Plasma FF).

This form is simillar to channel with multi participants.

Proposal

To share bandwidth all stakeholder's should sign the FF Tx, and all stakeholders are determined in advance.

Scenario

Alice is buyer. Bob is sharing bandwidth to Carol(merchant).

In this case, Alice, Operator, Bob and Carol should sign FF tx.

In this way Bob and Carol can know current state of bandwidth

Problem

need big line between Bob and Carol. Realistic?

Any entity don't trust anyone. It measn anyone don't lose money. But when Carol suddenly stop signing, Bob's business will stop!

It may be not realistic, but it's hint of sharing.
