Support for version upgrades

The availability of updated versions of Apple, Google, and Microsoft operating systems is subject to final judgment in the official release and version of the operating system. After the official release, we will let you know the result of the decision of whether or not to use it within 10 business days. We may provide preliminary information on the results of testing using the beta OS.

Service version upgrade

Major version upgrades are performed several times a year irregularly in order to support new versions of Apple, Google and Microsoft operating systems and to add new features to this system.

With service and version upgrades, we will respond to customer requests as much as possible while improving customer satisfaction and maintaining product competitiveness through continuous development.

Discontinued support for older versions of the OS

Due to rational or unavoidable reasons, support for the previous version may be terminated upon service, version upgrade, etc.

Notify you 60 days in advance with a reason if you want to stop supporting an older version.
