The burden of leadership is if you make the call, it is your call and your quality as a leader is measured on the long-term, moving average on your decision-making sort of effectiveness
that if you just line people up and everything has to get that sign off, you’re actually infantilizing people and you’re robbing them of their own autonomy and power to make those decisionst
Because people were inclined to cut corners at some point to get something out the door and we’re not going to do that.
