● 当日の活動内容/Activities of the Day
9:00〜11:00：
生徒、教員、コーディネーターが到着した。到着後、ムサフィ（Msafii Stephen）が、すべての子どもに対して普段のウォーミングアップのセッションを行った。ムサフィは、下級生を率いて、歌とよく知られたダンスの楽しいセッションも行った。ダンスのグループはムサフィと外の原っぱで練習した。一方、演劇のグループはジャバと一緒に教室で台本の練習をした。幼い子どもたちは、ソロモン（Solomon Chogo Indiazi）によるお絵かきとラップと遊びのセッションに参加した。 Arrival of students, teachers, and the coordinators.
Upon arrival Msafii conducted our usual warm-up session for all the children. He also led the young ones in a fun session of songs and common dances.
The dance group practiced with Msafii in the outside field while the Drama group assembled with Javan to practice their script in the classroom.
The little children were taken through drawing, rapping and playing session by Solomon.
11:00〜12:00：
We had porridge, courtesy of Teresia Kalekye, the cook.

12:00〜14:00：
上級生はムサフィによるダンスのセッションに参加した。最も才能のあるダンサーたちは、1対1でフリースタイルのダンスチャレンジのセッションに参加した。下級生は、ジョセフ（Joseph Mwendo）が監督する中で、詩の暗唱や物語の音読をした。また、下級生は、お互いにヒット曲を教え合っていた。 Upper-class students had a dancing session, which Stephen Msafii conducted. The most talented dancers engaged in freestyle and head-to-head dance challenge session. The lower class recited poems and told stories, supervised by Joseph. They also taught each other some hit-songs.
14:00〜15:00：
昼食として、ご飯と緑豆を食べた。テレシアが用意してくれた。
We had rice and green grams for lunch. Teresa Mbula prepared it.

15:00〜16:30：
下級生は少し遊んでから、昼寝をした。上級生はしばらくストレッチしてから、講師と一緒にそれぞれのクラスで集中した練習セッションに戻った。その後、生徒と短いミーティングを行ってから、生徒を家に帰らせた。
The younger learners played a little before taking a nap. Older students stretches for a while before getting back to intense practice sessions in their respective classes with their trainers. We had a brief meeting with the students and dismissed them for their homes.
● 今後の望ましい対応/Recommendation
今回は子ども向け活動プログラムの第32回目で、活動はうまく行った。
This was the thirty-second day of the children’s activities program. It was a success.
A. 毎週の利用料金/Weekly Fee
予算の削減後、この土曜日が、私たちが初めて公式に焚き木と水のコストを負担した土曜日だった。活動は順調に行われた。焚き木が準備できていたため、調理のプロセスは時間通りで円滑に行われた。また、十分な量の水が利用可能なため、生徒たちの衛生状態の低下を心配する必要もなかった。
今後、私たちはお金を払える保護者にだけ支払いを期待し、プログラムから最も大きな恩恵を得るが料金を支払えない学習者にだけ出席を許可することになる。
This is the first Saturday we officially covered firewood and water costs after the budget cut. It went well; cooking process was timely and smooth since firewood was readily available. We were also not worried about degraded hygiene among students because water was available in plenty.
Henceforth, we shall only expect money from parents who can afford it, and only allow learners who are benefiting the most from the program but cannot afford the fee.
B. 出席率の改善/Improved turnout
元々学校に来ていたが毎週の料金を支払っていなかった生徒に対して、出席禁止処分が取り消しになったおかげで、出席が期待されたすべての生徒が学校に来た。出席率は通常通りに戻った。
Thanks to the lifting of the ban on students initially in the school without weekly fee, all expected learners attended school. The turn-out went back to normal.
