Sくん：all the more for....で、「...だからなおいっそう」だと習いました。なぜそうなるんでしょう。
T先生：allは強調の意味であまり意味はない。the moreの theは、「そのぶんますます」
Sくん：あ、そのtheは、the比較級..., the 比較級.... でやりました。
T先生：そう。forは理由を示し、＜....の理由があるから、そのぶんますます＞という意味の副詞句になる。
He is all the more respected / for his honesty.
彼はそのぶんますます尊敬されている / 彼の正直さで。
The painting became all the more valuable / for being one of the artist's last works.
その絵画はますます価値が上がった / その画家の最後の作品の１つだから。
They were all the more excited / for having waited so long.

分詞や形容詞の前に all the moreを入れただけ。for以下で理由を述べている。
そしてall the more...の意味は？
