"Special Economic Zones" or "National Strategic Special Zones" (国家戦略特区 - こっか せんりゃくとっく - Kokkasennryakutokku) are areas in Japan that benefit from a special Tax, Legal and Financial situation in order to improve the economy of japan. Tokyo (Tokyo, Chiba City, Kanagawa Prefecture, Narita)
Okinawa Prefecture - Goal: developing world-class resorts for tourism
Niigata City - Goal: large-scale farming
Fukuoka City - Goal: employment innovation
Yabu City - Goal: agricultural reform in semi-mountainous areas
