Global Venture Habitat #5 at the Hep 5 building; it is also called "The Hive". Sister to GVH Osaka but run seperately by the Hankyu corporation and with Chikara Takagishi-san as general manager.
They are very open to startups and offer their space for events focussing on startups/business. They don't publish their prices, but they are very reasonable for any office for startups, just go there and visit for a personal talk. Takagishi-san and his staff speak english.

late/early hour access possible for members.

In the 11th floor they have working desks, a nice kitchen, meeting rooms and lockers. Note: the meeting room can host about 35 people and is equipped with a good audio setup.
