Yann Mardenborough is an British racing driver with an unusual background. He did not have the opportunity to receive any specialized education in childhood in racing. Instead, he spent his days playing the PlayStation 3 racing game Gran Turismo, and in 2011 he won a world championship in which 90,000 people participated, and was given the right to become a professional racing driver as a reward. In fact, he later participated in the 24 Hours of Dubai, where he finished third, and has gone on to have a career as a professional racing driver.
