Coat glass base dish for easy cell adhesion by Poly-L-Lysine
Material
Glass base dish
Poly-L-Lysine solution 0.1mg/mL (Sigma P6282)
Methods
Work at clean bench.
Cover glass area of imaging dish with PLL
Wait 5 min at room temparature
Wash with DDW two times
Dry up
