What is a Professional?
A Professional is someone who can narrow down the focus and commit to customer success. They are entrusted with making decisions as experts in their field. This ability to be relied upon for decision-making is a key aspect of being a Professional. I felt a strong sense of "Professional Look" when I asked a clerk at a bookstore in Jinbocho about "How to Understand Bureaucratic Organizations for Those Who Mainly Study Structuralism" tkgshn March 29, 2021. A Professional also expects the existence of the other person's rationality. If there is ill intent on the part of the person, then being able to say something that is short-term disadvantageous to the other person at the moment of "being able to betray in a way that I cannot comprehend (the maximum irreversible thing that can be given)" is a sign of strength. They have faith in reason and can expect rationality from others Expecting the Existence of the Other's Rationality Reason is the strongest belief. What is common among Professionals is that they are essentially a Commodity. VCs are expected to provide money, and professionals are expected to perform their tasks. The key lies in how they can go beyond these expectations and provide additional value. In any field, having exceptional individuals around you is significant, and the greatest benefit is being able to protect oneself from mediocrity. Excellence and mediocrity are incompatible in terms of thinking and behavior styles ttakimoro June 6, 2021.
