SDGs
The quote "マルクスの大霊言 may criticize modern capitalism, but it cannot provide a solution to the crises of contemporary society." The SDGs consist of 17 goals. There is an International Agreement that states "the value of achievement is equal, and the priority of goals should be promoted according to the local situation." This is a groundbreaking concept compared to previous International Organizations, and it reminds me of Factfulness and the Power of the Orthodox. The "Economic Growth" category corresponds to SDG8, but it is only one of the 17 goals. The intentions of Central America and Costa Rica, which do not prioritize the "Capitalist economic growth" led by the World Bank and IMF, must be respected. SDG16 focuses on "Peace," and SDG13, 14, and 15 focus on "Environmental Conservation." In other words, by aiming to achieve the SDGs, a framework for Degrowth can be established. The theory of Neoclassical economics has withstood numerous criticisms based on its mathematical robustness. However, through the efforts of the SDGs, the previously invisible "externalities" may be revealed.
