Summary of QV-like Systems

QV:
- A concept where voting is done with pre-allocated credits. While multiple votes can be cast for a single project, the voting power is square rooted when an individual votes for the same project.
- Plural QV was first tested at the Plurality Conference in UC Berkeley. Each voter inputs their profile (e.g., researcher, Web3 entrepreneur, etc.) and votes using QV, adjusting their voting power based on Social Distance.

QF:
- Similar to Donation Matching, but with the square root taken.
- Quadratic Payments: A Primer by VitalikButerin.icon is one of the earliest examples. There have also been variations such as Futarchy, "quadratic coin lock voting" proposed by Vitalik based on QV.

- An evolved version is Plural QF, which adjusts voting power using a social graph.

- clr.fund: Adopts ZkQF infrastructure tool called MACI (Minimum anti-collusion Infrastructure) to minimize the impact of Collusive Smart Contracts (=Bribery) and Collusion (e.g., Lide, Curve War).
