Lorecore
In this era belonging to digital capitalism, characterized by the unprecedented collapse of global narratives, there arises a existential necessity for individuals to narrate their own stories. It seems to be in a similar context as Accelerationism. The theme of the current season as a curator-in-residence at Zora Zine is "Lorecore". "Lorecore" refers to the real stage where we all exist as characters. These characters are not only the audience, but they themselves can also be the Siberian spambots. In 1921, Luigi Pirandello wrote a play called "Six Characters in Search of an Author". This was an early example of metafiction, constantly reminding us that the story is a story and making us aware of the mechanics of storytelling. In the 2020s, I intend to rename Pirandello's play as:
