Human conditions
In her work "The Human Condition," Hannah Arendt argues that individuals become public beings only when they step out of their private sphere and engage in action. She states that it is through action that people become part of the public realm. This concept is explored in Genron 12 and the idea of "democracy of tourists" or 観光客の民主主義.
