On the first day of ETH Taipei, I had the opportunity to attend the initial talk by Vitalik. While I was watching, liyingweb3liyingweb3.icon approached me. We had a chance to catch up and connect. I also had the pleasure of reuniting with noahyeh and mashbean, whom I had previously met at Plurality Tokyo. Here is an announcement about their participation in the event: pluralitytokyo. I had the opportunity to have many conversations with them on 2023/4/26. One of the topics discussed was the project TaiwanMODA Works on the World's First Experiment to Demonstrate Retroactive Grants (Hypercerts) to Real Local Governments for Digital Public Goods.

During my visit, I had the chance to visit the office of AppWorks, where liyingweb3 works. I met some interesting people there, including @chingtseng.

Unfortunately, I couldn't meet YahsinHuangYahsinHuang.icon even though they were at the venue.

Feeling tired, I returned to the hotel and went to sleep.
